So last year all the oil leaked from my my10 f4 steering damper n the knob adjuster flew as well. I can’t find any steering damper that fits my bike. But I found the following on eBay. It’s also a crc but it’s from an 09 model. It’s look awfully the same as my my10. I have read a few have fitted a 2nd damper on their first gen. So I’m assuming it could fit vice-versa.

That's a good question. Mototech has a liberal return policy. If you try it, let us know if it fits. Good luck.

I’m thinking about buying it n taking the gamble. Still would like some opinion. It looks awfully similar. The older 1st gen f4’s had ohlins and 2009 f4’s and early 2nd gen f4’s had Crc. It looks like it could fit. Need some advice. If I do buy it I will definitely let u guys know

Maj glad to hear it all worked out for you . Tip.. Ohlins makes a good steering damper but they have always been prone to leaking oil. That being said Ohlins used to make a rebuild kit . Someone once told me if you send your steering damper to Ohlins USA they will rebuild it for a very reasonable cost. ( I think? he said 50-75$ + shipping)
