Dash issues

Yesterday about half way through a couple hour ride on my 2016 F4rr, I noticed the top right corner of my dash almost looked foggy and the normal blue color of the dash at night was appearing along the right edge even during bright daylight. The fogginess remains whether the bike is running or not.

Today I went to clean the bike up a bit and noticed spots on the inside of my windscreen that I couldn't get off.

I am wondering if something in the display may have broken causing the issue and some spray onto the inside of the windscreen?
Anyone ever had this issue?

Thanks in advance,
DJ

Yes, happens to almost everyone. There is a thread (not sure if here or in the maintenance section) that explains why, how to solve and prevent to happen again.

Easy and not something to be concerned.

The biggest problem I see is that your dash is upside down....

(Apple product, I assume?)

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the issue on the forum. I am planning on taking it to the dealer to be dealt with since the bike is under warranty. I'm just wondering what actually happened to it.

It's a Liquid Crystal Display. As such it is very sensitive to impact, pressure, water, life....

its not a leak so don't worry about the title. Did mine at the weekend, 30 to 45 mins.

Thanks for the replies. I will have a closer look at it using the link to the maintenance thread when I get back home.

Holy shit! I have the same issue!! And I was convinced I did it myself(or did I?? It's a common fault of the part or of others like me heavy handing it and causing pressure damage?) as a result of hunting for vibration buzzing from the front cowl while riding. I assumed I made the mistake of doing pressure damage to the LCD panel from pushing and fiddling with it. I sent a warranty claim to my dealer either way, but never got a response. I will take a look at that other thread.
