Quick shifter on 2016 F4rr?

I recently purchased a 2016 F4rr and was told by the salesman that it had the quick shifter with the auto blip function.
After riding it for a few days and unable to get it to work in either direction I let the dealer know on its first service that the quick shifter didn't work.

They called me today to tell me the service was done but that my bike doesn't have the quick shifter and that it is an optional accessory.... but the service manager does keep referring to it as an F4.

I know there are guys on here with the same bike...so can you confirm whether or not you have it and maybe a pic of it on the bike so I know what I'm looking for?
Is it possible it isn't on the bike in all countries?

Thanks

It should have a quickshifter as standard, who's the dealer ?
Is there a Q/S module on the actual gear lever ? Check attached picture. FWIW, these things are very sensitive to torque settings and can very easily be messed up.
Has it been activated on your dash settings, this might be model specific though, this topic has come up a fair amount of times and probably in the maintenance section.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply Donsy. I can't say for sure it's actually there since I am away at work but will check when I pick it up at the dealer in a week. The dealership is Echo Cycle in Edmonton, AB, Canada.
I have checked the dash multiple times and it does say the quickshifter is on.
Thanks for the pic. That will be a huge help to identify whether it is there or not.

Not sure what that means. Lol

The dealer took a pic of the shifter for me and it's definitely not there.

Even the base F4 has it, someone would have had to have removed the sensor.
