Do you mean it was left outside in the rain and when you got on it to ride home it wouldn't turn over?
How do you know it was/is 'hydrauliced' - have you taken the plugs out and turned it over?
I can't figure out where rain water would get into the engine.

Unless you have thrown it into a lake it is highly unlikley that there is water in the combustion chambers.

Try checking your electrics

Water will cause issues with grounds. Water got inside my wire harness on my Honda and caused wires to corrode. If it is a one time issue water is definitely messing with a ground wire or similar.

Mystery solved air box seal out of place when water would pour down the seal acted like a deflector and allowed water to pool in #1 throttle body, should have looked when I bought the bike a month ago and broke my own rule of inspection before riding but was too pumped up to finally get a newer bike , cleaned throttle bodies, changed oil and all ok thanks for the suggestions

Glad you found that. that could have turned into a much bigger problem.
