Written by Nigel Jones on April 18, 2008 at 13:04 On the back of today's performance the team is really upbeat and Chris [Burns] in particular is as happy as Larry as the saying goes. He claims he has not had this much enjoyment riding a bike for a long time and it is certainly having a positive effect on his performance on track. The weather forecast for tomorrow afternoon when qualifying takes place is for light rain. This should be an advantage for Chris on the MV as he (strangely) enjoys riding in the rain, or rather he rides quickly in the rain. The horsepower disadvantage will be less pronounced as well.
