Proton Selling its stake in MV Agusta
Recent news headlines regarding Proton states that "Proton, which owns 57.7% of MV Agusta, no longer believes the investment is strategic, the paper said, and is therefore likely to seek a buyer." Continued updates state that the company is "negotiating with a potential buyer for its stake in Italian motorcycle maker MV Agusta."

MV Agusta Tamburini Featured in Cycle World
That's right, folks. This is the second major magazine to feature the MV Agusta F4 1000 Tamburini, and this time its on the cover. The October Issue of Cycle World simply states: "If the designer put his name on it, it must be good."

MV Agusta Tamburini Featured in Road & Track
Check out the September issue of Road & Track Magazine! The MV Agusta F4-1000 Tamburini is put to the test vs. the some of the fastest vehicles in the world in a standing mile speed speed test. The test took place on the 13,500-ft.-long R-32 east runway at the Naval Air Station at Lemoore, CA, normally reserved for F-18 fighter jets.

MV Agusta Brutale 910
With an all new 910cc engine, the MV Agusta Brutale 910 has 70.8 ft. lbs. of torque, and 136 horsepower! Visually, the 910 is similar to the 750 in terms of color schemes (except with the addition of the 910 logo on the tank), and a tachometer with a new numerical scale and Brutale Logo.

MV Agusta’s presence felt at Laguna-Seca’s Moto GP
Walking through the individual tents and booths at Laguna-Seca, one can notice that MV’s have shown up more than ever in order to draw attention to the beauty and other characteristics of MV’s style and design. What else draws attention better than absolute exquisiteness? Seeing customized versions of the F4, sporting carbon fiber wheels and bodywork signified the increased attention towards MV as a familiar brand – one that hopefully foreshadows MV’s future growth. Cagiva also let their presence be known in its very own area - displaying the Tamburini, the Munroe Motors MV Agusta that recently won the silver replica at the Isle of Man, and the Brutale.

Hailwood, …Agostini, …Montano! - Munroe Motors and Thomas Montano Bring MV Agusta Back to the Isle of Man
Munroe Motors and Tom Montano have once again completed a successful week of TT racing at the famous Isle of Man road circuit. This year Montano blazed the 37.75-mile course on a Munroe Motors’ 2005 MV Agusta F4-1000. In the main event, the 6-lap “Senior” TT held on Friday morning June 10th, the 2001 AMA Pro-Thunder champion finished in 13th place with an average speed of 118.43 mph - winning a rare and coveted Silver Replica.
