Has anyone installed a garage door opener on their F4? I placed one on my R1 and call it my secret button. It was a $2 button from radio shack. I placed it in the clip-on and ran the wires down the sleeve with all the others from the left clip-on. I then wired this to the garage opener and mounted under the fairing. I have heard of units which you can hook up to the high beam on the lights. Just wanted to know what others have done and what works the best. Here is a pic of the button on my R1. It is a nice location so you don't have to move your hands from the bars to open the door.

That's freakin' cool! I velcro the back of the small garage door clicker and place it down by the dash.
But that small button is the shiznit!!!!

Nice work! Some GDO manufacturers also make a key-fob sized opener. You can put it on your key ring or take it along if you're riding another bike, your bicycle...

hmm...interesting.
I have this little remote thingy for mine that is in my pocket somewhere. I just keep banging at my leg or chest or wherever I stored it and hope it opens. I give up after about 15 seconds and just go manual. haha....
