We’ve had snow here for awhile now. Another inch overnight plus colder temps
has extended the ice shelf farther out into the river.
We had a Christmas visitor out on the ice this morning. A freshwater river
Otter. First time we've seen one.
Sorry for the lousy photos but I do not know how to operate the wife’s
digital SLR as it kept focusing on closer objects.
So, from all of us here on the banks of the Trent River (including our Otter friend) a Very Merry Christmas to you and yours.
