Check out the Australian government product recall for the Ducati. Just wondering how we can do a product recall for the rear hub for safety reasons.

I think if we work together and write a letter with documented evidence of failures then MV will be forced to do a product recall.

I don't have much of a clue here, but what about this idea? Do a very simple poll here. Not a complicated poll. Collect the data. Inform via email and an Internet link the results of the poll to someone at NHTSA. Maybe Ed Eskew might know something as he works for a motorcycle OEM. If NHTSA initiates a recall, every other governmental agency in the world would likely jump on board, right?

Uh, did anyone else notice that MV is not on the recall list?This means one of two things: 1) MV has no problems worth recalling. 2) The MV lobby in Australia is hell-a powerful.
