She starts! A SECOND time! I cried.
So I may not "officially" have an answer, BUT, OMG does she run good! Started after turning over twice, warmed up, ran great, Let her warm up to 195 after about 10-15 min, Held my breath and shut her off. Checked battery while she was running, everywhere said consistently 14.2-14.4, between ground and battery. Let her cool for about 15min again, went out, hit start, fired immediately. No blown reg. Thunder exhaust is ANGRY. OMG so need this to be done, got a lump in my throat.

Yes, I replaced and checked everything but that was done before, I didn't switch the relay because mine tested fine, I hooked everything back up including the PCV, same new battery as before, the ONLY thing I didn't do this time was hook up the battery tender while she sat. I think I'm going to smash it out of principle even if it isn't the cause. Short answer, I have no fucking idea what I did.

Well, I do have the capacitor grounding the hot wire on the stater to protect it. So who knows.
