Well big ride yesterday 25 to 30 bikes heading out to maleny and kenilworth, Well talk about revenue raising 6 of us got fined for crossing a double line ,yep an under cover bike was behind a 4wd towing a caravan doing 40km in a 100km zone,overtook safely plenty of view up ahead and guess who gets booked.Well I can assure we will never ride that way again and our money will be spent somewhere else,no wonder small business is suffering,apparently they had 6 under cover bikes ,we saw 3 highway patrol cars and 4 marked cop bikes,and one crash between 2 bikes on a bend ,guess who was there the ambulance the fire brigade and no police.Good stuff qld police.

They were all over Cununga, Tamborine and Beachmont yesterday as well. Week day rides are looking better all the time.

Coppers been pulling similar routine on Old Pacific Hwy north of Sydney. Unmarked 4wd driving very slowly and then booking all who overtake. Guess we can all sleep soundly knowing we`re being protected in such a way.

No ,but had some fantastic food at Maudy's just outside of Maleny.Pub ? are you kidding no points left for that,wonder if the cops reward you with points.the point system in this country is ridiculous,fines are enough,it would free up our judicial system 10 fold,the only thing the point system does is fill the coffers of the national revenue,the ease with which one can loose there license in this country is ridiculous as for the most part we are law abiding citizens trying to have a bit of down time.one mistake here one mistake there,can cost us our jobs,stress on stress .I do not take my bloody eyes of my speedo ,how the hell can you be aware of your surroundings constantly looking down.No different to focusing on your phone. anyway more people on the dole ,We will fucking pay for it,those of us who can still drive to work.

Sounds like that's a good bet. Probably as close to entrapment as you can get and still give a ticket.
