Can my Pilot Pure tire reach proper temp for aggresive canyon rides in 45-50F temps? Any advice?

I would consult Michelin's website for that info. Street tires are designed to come up to operating temperatures quickly in real riding conditions. As for aggressive riding in colder conditions, I'd say give them a bit more time.
