Default temp sensor ..but which size thread ?

I'm fitting a female connector for a pre 2010 temp sensor to a 2010 radiator.
I need to identify the thread of the temp sensor.

Are they 12 x 1.5 mm thread ?

I'd greatly appreciate confirmation of the thread size.
