LOL - relax Robbie - Noel rarely comes into this section, so you are safe
Apart from that, you are in the right section ![]() That looks interesting - No I am not buying it but it will be cool to see what kind of offers it attracts - added it to my watch list ![]()

You could be in the right section, and still get told off.
![]() Btw, it's essentially a zero mile bike with aftermarket switches and signals. Whatzup with that?

I'd say that's the case here - no biggie & the 1st thing I'd rip of it if I owned it. I am not sure about the Magura clipons either, I would have thought Tomaselli were the original (as per my GTLS) but I am sure if Dorian checks in - he'll set me/us straight ![]() At the right price a very nice bike overall for someone to get a hold of. ![]()

I think the bars should be raised and one piece and are mounted via clamps on the top yoke. Maybe someone wanted a sportier bike or a front end bingle.
Indicators were often fitted by the imported/dealer as mentioned A nice cheap MV as long as the engine turne over. Could be difficult to bring back to original simply due to difficulty sourcing parts or parts to copy. Also on my watch list .. even thinking about it which is silly when I look like being unemployed around Christmas time. |

Come on you Aussies, just buy it.
There are indeed a few areas needing rectification if you want to bring back to original, but it is a wonderful survivor none the less. Just look at the bolts etc holding the motor in. That is as fitted in the factory, they have never even had a spanner on them! The bars, as mentioned, would have been above the yoke and of course the switch gear and levers etc are much more modern. The headlamp is not right either, unless this was something fitted by the Aussie importers. That seat cover is dubious as are the tank trasfers, which seem way too high on the tank and look like the more modern type not the old water slide jobs. However a fantastic bike and all parts for the motor/running gear are easily available. Also these five speed late engines are very nice, basicaly a 125 Sport in different clothing. BUY IT!! Dorian |
