Default MVArt's Roadtrip of a Lifetime

Last week I was fortunate to take the roadtrip of a lifetime.

As I was going to be in Rome, Italy on business the week prior, I planned and coordinated in advance to visit each of the following factory or accessory locations:

Bikes~

1. Benelli
2. Bimota
3. Ducati
4. MV Agusta
5. Vyrus

Accessory~

1. Moto Corse
2. Tamburini Corse

Cars~

1. Ferrari
2. Lamborghini
3. Pagani

...and made it to the 2012 Paris Auto Show (will post pictures later in this thread).

My plan is to share via pictures each visit. To say I had a blast is an understatement. The food within each region in Italy was delicious and driving in Tuscany was unreal. Just wish it was on a bike versus the Fiat Cinque Cento (500). In the end, it was the people I met who made the journey that much more special.

To start, here are pictures of some incredible spots in Rome... enjoy!!!

Thumbs up MVArt's Roadtrip of a Lifetime, Bimota Factory Pt I

Guys/Gals, visiting the team at Bimota was surreal. These folks are some humble, down-to-earth, you name it... all around incredible people.

I had planned to be there for about 2 hrs and ended-up visiting with the team for 6 hours.

It was an incredible experience and makes me appreciate owning a Bimota that much more. I will elaborate why as this thread progresses.

Enjoy!

Default MVArt's Roadtrip of a Lifetime, Benelli Factory

Made it to Pescara, Italy and visited the Benelli Factory. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures to share as they wouldn't let me take any.

What I can say is... they are making bikes and their factory set-up is pretty cool.
