Default Cam chain tensioner bolt.

The new black type cam chain tensioner comes with two bolts for the pin/spring.

1 x Gold, 1x Black

The gold one has a thicker wall.

Which one are you supposed to use ?
I'm guessing you just swap like for like with the old..

Cheers
Adam

I am looking for a tensioner, there are new ones (P/N 8000A5206) on ebay for 168.00 US, it appears to be the factory upgrade kit with the different bolts.

Did you determine which bolt should be used with what model 1000?
