You will have to remove the foam and either paint the inner shield black (that's what Alex and I did) or cut the shield it so it does not show up in the cut-outs otherwise it will look like crap.

I am trying a metallic silver color currently. If I don't like that I will go with a black. Thanks for the advise. I did call Alex to find out what to do with the shield.
