doc had me on a three week hold. only things I'm allowed to do are rotate my fore-arm, squeeze a ball, and do curls w/o weight.
Looks like one hell of a project there sir!!

Rotate forearm, squeeze balls, curl...repeat.
Did I get that right?

And an update, clot gone. Off the blood thinners. Doctor doesn't want me to ride for another month per, but what does he know. Washed the bike got a new battery. Started it up, it had a pretty solid miss unless it was revved above like 6k. Thought it was just cause I hadn't used it in 5 months or however long it's been. I then found that No 3 spark plug lead has lost it's clip and popped out. Carl's sending me a new clip to get back on track. Now it's time to get my butt used to that hard ass seat before the Bubba! God I forgot how much I missed riding. Good to be back!!!

Very very good news friend. DO NOT RUSH YOUR RECOVERY PLEASE! Really bad things can happen if you do!

Josh, I'm just getting back into riding after about 10 weeks off any bikes. It's all coming back after about a week of being back on a bike. So don't be at all concerned about being "bike fit" for the Bubbalicious 4. It will all come back to you really quick. Do what the doctor suggests and know that there is absolutely no need to rush things.
Take care brother. Dave.

Just to school and back during the week. 12 miles a day. Nothing major. I figure if I'm allowed to mow my lawn with a push mower (1/2 acre), I don't see why I can't ride a motorcycle. Everything is feeling really good. Some days, like after mowing I do get some soreness, and can't reach up behind my back as far as I can with my left arm, but it's definently getting much better, range of motion is almost entirely back. But I'm very weak. I guess I wasn't strong before, but I am definently a big puss now.

Glad to hear you are coming along fine. Careful about riding, one dickweed pulls out in front of you, you emergency stop...and all that load goes to your shoulders......from one who knows.
