For those that have been following this saga, Gary/Jen sent me a check, which was deposited into my account and has cleared.

I called Gary/Jen a liar and a thief publicly, and I will apologize publicly.

Some may argue whether an apology is necessary. It took a while to make the situation right, but it was made right and there is honor in that. So I apologize for calling you a liar and a thief.

Now Matt's only problem will be collecting from me. Matt? Matt who?

I'm happy to hear that this has finally (nearly) been sorted.
It's obviously none of my business but if you and Matt dont mind sharing, I am curious as to why Gary and Jen couldn't make a payment directly to Matt? For a couple of people that give the impression that they are very capable of spending $$$ to not be able to successfully make an international transfer through any one of many ways possible now days, is pretty lame.

hey Carl, I have a deposit coming in from Nigeria, from a long lost inheritance, but due to time and traveling concerns I can't receive it directly, the amount is close to $100,000 USD, you would be able to keep 15% as a "thank you" , in the meantime, to pay the transfer costs and other administrative fees I just need you to forward $1,000 USD to my account which of course will be addded to your "thank you" portion. Agree?
