Will wheels from earlier F4s fit on newer(2012) F4?

All pre 2010 bikes used larger front wheel bearings. The early F4 750 and 1000S as the Brutale 750, 910.., basically all with Showa forks, had larger spindles which fitted to the larger wheel bearings. Starting with the R or 312R models MV used a 25mm spindle and bridged the gap to the larger bearings with spacers. The 2010+ bikes have wheels with 25mm bearings which fit directly to the spindle. If You go for the earlier Star wheels, Brembo / Marchesini forged or ultra light forged in Magnesium or Aluminum, all can be fit to Your 2010+ with the spindle and spacers of the 312R, for an example.
As Donsy said the rear wheels fit on everything build by MV in between 1998 and 2013 without any trouble.

all MV front wheels '99-'09 use a 6907-2RS....35 X 55 X 9 bearing

when they went to the RAC 50 forks the axle got smaller, but the wheels used the same bearings with a spacer

'10+ they're using the RAC 50s with the small axle, i don't know the bearing size...but i'm betting its the same

i have parts books for the <'10 bikes nothing later:stickpoke

my '05 F4 has radial bottoms on the Marzocchis for 310mm discs with the big axle and no spacers:drummer:

Dons, take a look at all Schmit89's posts....there is a pattern. Curious. Schmit89, can you explain?

You generally have to have them made. What year/model Brutale will be your wheel source?

You want to put Kineo WIRE wheels on an F4?!

Kineo are also the wheels on the B3/Dragster series. Perhaps ask Kineo to build you a set with your F4 dimensions.

I do understand your reaction 😅
But it’s a rebuilt café racer F4

I will sent them an email..perhaps they have a solution. First thing is the wheels, then the exhaust and finally the headlights to make it look more café racer-style.

Those MV forged Aluminum wheels are rare....
