Some of our friends and family may consider us a lil on the crazy side, for giving our vehicles names. but to me is just straight honest good love to what brings us happy, scary i just crap me pants, yeah...... thats right :smoking: moments.

Ill start, My F4 name is Ana (Woman/bike of my dreams) :naughty: Dont tell the wife

sorry if this thread has been previously started but i searched and nothing came up.

Gina - 910R
Lola - SPR
Little Red - Honda CB100
Samantha - SV650
Ms Daisy (now departed) - VL800T
The Rabbit - YSR50
Phyllis - current pick-up truck.

There is reason behind the madness......:silly:

Outside of being the bike I have only referred to it as "the Italian mistress." I could name it Sofia for its curves but she is Colombian and that wouldn't make any sense. This is why I never named the BMW, despite spending 10 years building the thing I could never really get motivated to anthropomorphize it.

My Daytona 675 is known as the slag because she is one lol

And I really wanted a girls name for my 1078 RR but as I bought and picked it up the weekend Marco Simoncelli lost his life I called it Marco as it dose start with a M

She is a lady with no nickers, no pride, but only my Slut.
She is mine to abuse and over rev, even if sometimes she kicks me in the back, we make up, and do it again.

With names on her body, from people who help me show her the way.

Donsy there you go again with the village people shorts :stickpoke

i know my day is coming soon when that will happen :shitfan:, but as long as i respect her she will treat me good, im a lover not a fighter when it comes to me and Ana.
she does like to get reved once in a while:naughty:

If Ed's gonna call his 910R 'Gina', then I'm gonna call her twin sister 'Nina'.......like lots of twin sisters they look alike, but have different personalities. Gina's been rode hard and put away wet more times than Nina's been rode....:stickpoke....also, Gina's already had a facelift.

....does that make Gina a ho?...:jsm:...or does it just speak to the company she keeps? :naughty:

My wife thinks it's quite queer, but my bike names are

2005 Brutale S........Bianca
1993 900SS............Sophia
1998 VFR800..........Hanako

(they are named after actual attractive women...as in Sophia Loren)

Why is it that we tend to give female names?

Bikes are feminine in gender (well, at least in my mind)....like boats.....Boats are frequently named for women, too.

My Gina is named that in honor of Gina Lollobrigida.....the lovely woman that is my avatar.

When I get my F3, it will be "Monica", as in the sexiest woman to ever live, Monica Bellucci. Kind of fitting, seeing as the F3 may be the most attractive bike ever made.

(some images may cause .... happy thoughts)

My Street Triple R is simply 'Streety'. I tried to give her a British girls' name, but past English girlfriends have tainted that line of reasoning. And "That Arrogant Bitch" just seemed improper. :)

My wife drives a Suzuki Jimny. Please don't laugh as I have to drive it too. It's called "Jimny".

My Satnav has a very English upper class voice so he is called "Arthur".

My MV is called "Skidmark" because I am way too old to ride one and you sensible people can figure it out for yourselves.

Happy New Year, I just got back from sea so will be around for the next 3 months. :)

My friend (he rides an F4, but is still a friend) named my 1078rr Brutie "the Situation". I don't watch the Jersey Shore, but from what I understand he's a big loud flashy obnoxious Italian that lives in the USA. So far the name fits. My CBR600rr is now known as "old faithful" as it seems to require far less care and feeding.

I've always named all my bikes.

I can't remember all my old bike but my last r1 was Black Betty. (guess what colour the bike was?)

Current bikes.

My KTM 640 adv is names Katie (I know not to original)
My F4 is named Eleanor or Elly when she's naughty :naughty:

this POS is filthy.....screw it, its a nice day, i'm going riding.....

there are too many POS in here, its hard to do any work on any of the POS

but when something goes wrong with a POS......they become a FUCKING POS

hey, works for me :drummer::drummer::drummer:
