Any 2016 Brutale owners ?

Hey, calling all 2016 Brutale owners, what has your experience been like ?.
How long have you owned it?, how many K's?, any problems or niggles ?

I ordered mine 4 weeks ago and am just keen to hear some reports from owners.

Cheers, Jace.

I'm also very curious about 2016 B3 800 experiences since some parts seem to be revised(apart from being a fantastic bike). Especially about sprag clutch issues/behavior.

But no one around it seems.

Yeah, no one on here seems keen to talk about theirs.
From what I've heard, the starter clutch has been re-designed.

I finally picked mine up on Friday(9\9\16) and took it for a good ride yesterday. I can now see why all the journalist reviews were so full of praise for this bike.

To give a background for myself, I've been riding bikes for 35 years,my last bike was a 990 Superduke, owned for 6 years.

This new Brutale is absolutely incredible to ride.
My ride yesterday consisted of some freeway on my way to the tight twistys and long high speed bends. It excelled everywhere. Obviously it's not made for highway cruising but the engine handles it well and is not buzzy like some super sports can be. The gearbox has longer ratios than the previous models.
Even though I'm running this engine in and have not taken it much past half revs, I was holding good corner speed through the wide open bends and I had it on the edge of the tyre in no time.
I have never been on a bike that holds a line like this, and the road surface is a long way from perfect so the bike had plenty of opportunity to skip around.

I'll finish my raving there because I'll just start dribbling.

Well, waiting for the Italians to finish their lunch time sleep was probably part of it.

Very glad to hear that. With your years of experience it is indeed quite the praise.
I have also heard about the redesigned clutch. Hoping for the best. Myself I'm holding for the upcoming RR version.

How is the throttle response?

Throttle response in sport mode is sharp, no question.
I rode a 15 model on a test ride and found a slight lag in response.

When riding in traffic I put my bike into normal mode which smoothes it out to give a nice transition between on and off throttle.

So there is no lag on the 2016 model when opening or closing the throttle?

Nice.
Any mods you are considering?
While on the subject, how is the exhaust note?
