Jerez Moto GP..That's Better!

Finally, 'good close' racing at today's Jerez (Spanish) Moto GP. When was the last time that happened?. Hopefully the start of things to come for the season to make it 'interesting'. And locally for us (UK) things are looking up!!.

It just lacks the rawness & excitement of the 80's, 90's and early 2000- they rode like heroes back then and the bikes were viscous untamed snarling monsters just waiting to bite

It just feels censored now like the health & safety bods have taken everything exciting out if it... I hope Ducati sort out the GP12, that'll help liven things up instead of the usual suspects always walking away with it, I fell asleep through half of it !!

Yeah....Know what you mean and I agree. However we are told this is 'progress'. I see it as 'sanitised' which you can never say about 'road racing'!! and that started here @ 'Cookstown' yesterday.
Yeah I also really hope they can get the Ducati GP12 sorted....but they're not the only ones struggling.... what has happened to 'Spies'?
But yeah totally agree Re Lawson, Spencer, Rainey, Schwantz et all and the 500 two strokes (elf & safety). And 'electronics' but as I say that's 'progress'. Having said that ...Today's race was....a lot better than most last season in Moto gp which were a total 'yawnfest'!!
