Speed TV Valencia GP coverage

I was disappointed that Speed Network failed to cover much of the pre-race tribute to Marco Simocelli, I was looking forward to seeing (hearing)
the noise of thousands of revving bikes (paddock and spectators), combined with a huge arsenal of fireworks explosions.
How was the coverage in other countries?

Thumbs down Speed Coverage of MotoGp Sucks!

Speed Channels coverage of anything motorcycle related is and always has been notoriously bad. They just don't seem to be able to appreciation any motorsport not happening to be on 4 wheels, which is a shame of course, but also why I have given up on them entirely and usually wait till I can get my hands on a BBC copy of these events (10 thousand times better coverage all around) makes the American Speed Channel version look as ridiculous as it is.

I agree, only game in town. I love same day coverage of Moto GP, WSB, and even AMA Moto-Cross and Super-Cross. It's the only reason I have a DVR.
I'd pay dearly for BBC coverage if it was piped-in live or same day.
Speed Channel is pretty lame but it's better than no Moto.

You should sign up on www.motogp.com and buy a video pass. Than You can see full coverage, FP, QP, Race on live stream or any time You want. I do this since Years.

Well, now there's an excellent suggestion. I think I might just do that.
The only drawback for me is we are way out in the country and have to have Huesnet satellite internet service and the streaming service is horribly slow.
How much $ is the Moto GP pass??

Roughly 80 $ a season. However if the internet speed is not as great, I encounter this a lot in the third world, You can switch from HD+, to HD or Standard resolution. A year ago they had even low res as option. In general I watch it on HD but have to shift to Standard occassionally. With the season pass You can watch also classic grand prix vidoes from their webpage. All in all I'm pretty happy with it.

Thanks haupti, I'll check it out.
I don't live in the third world, but I think I can see it from here.
Our water comes from a well, our fireplace takes wood to heat,
People actually eat Boiled Peanuts here, and its 15 miles to the nearest Statbucks.
