I would like to take my TVL to Hamburg, but my wife said no. Maybe next year. Good luck finding someone to ride with. I would love to see another TVL in Atlanta, or the southeast. I am not sure there is another one.

Met a guy the other day that lives in my town with a TV and an F3 RC in his garage, saw him parked up and went and introduced myself. Hoping to get out with him for a days ride in Wales but probably not until June as I'm off on tour for most of July, meeting a certain TV rider on one of those and maybe two more on another trip in July. If they don't live close Gero you have to hunt them down on their own turf

It maybe late to try to organise a TV/TVL meeting for 2017, as it could take time to organise, but why not a 2018 target for an European one?

Sounds like an excellent idea, somewhere centrally located in Europe with good roads. I'd certainly be interested.

and with a good set of prepared roadbooks, some good restaurant for the food, and some night exchanges around some old fashion brevages brought by all participants :-)

Ideally at a time when we have bank holidays all over Europe (not sure it exists), and with weather being likely good enough to get into mountains without issues, but not the summer holiday period to avoid too much traffic on roads and higher prices of the locations (in France that would sound like Ascension week-end in May - this year is 25-28 May), ideally organized within a camping with possibility of hard and soft roofs (some may want soft roofs).

Let's discuss this in July :-)

NB: was moderator of a francophone Triumph list in the past, and we organized such week-end. May have some options to consider for France in Ardèche, Cantal, Verdon, Vercors, Bugey and Vosges as well...

Know a great place in the Vosges, family run Etape, great hosts (he's a biker). Cost was the same as camping. Roads in the area are great. Pavé on corners is interesting...

I'm originally from Strasbourg, and spend my first years as biker in the area. Have a great folder of roadbooks for around here. Vosges is a great place to ride. Possibly a target for a meeting point.

And by the way, why limiting this to TV/TVL but extend that to all mvagusta.net members in Europe area (also saying this as I noticed someone has moved the thread in Events/Rides/Group Rides/... (likely an admin/moderator)?

I'm ready to take a part in the organization. Is there other volunteers?

Certainly willing to help organise this, wherever we wind up in terms of location.

Good point re. including other MV Augusta models. And obviously not limited to members from Europe either, though I accept that the logistics don't exactly make this easy.
