There are several places in the country that specialize in motorcycle radiator repair. Water cooled dirt bikes are the main stay of their business. You can imagine why. Automotive radiator shops are well experienced in fixing aluminum radiators, but don't always understand the strains put on motorcycle radiators. Do a google search of motorcycle radiator repairs to find an experienced shop. There's one in Utah that can perform miracles and has a guarantee on their work. Pretty reasonable prices, too.
