Only had mine 3 weeks ......yes it has its odd quirks (character) it will go wrong (italian) it will need loads of TLC (l love tinkering/cleaning my bikes) . I want to ride it even in the damp/wet and cold (mad) but it is different, looks so good and the stuff of dreams (schoolboys and men included)

As they say a picture is worth a thousand words and I bet you've got a MV as your desktop wallpaper on the PC. :-)

I rode it yesterday and it made me very happy. Same feeling that I had when I rode it for the first time. Nuff said

I still have my my-2000 F4 750 because:
She handles like a dream.
She screams like the Ferrari engine that inspired it.
Everything is just so beautifully designed, not to be mistaken for perfect mechanical design;-)
I never get bored looking at her.
Every trip is an experience, every outing becomes something special, I feel better when I'm riding her.
I became a better rider on her.
She was designed by the best designer ever, who's ultimate design resulted in the bike in my garage.

There are better, more powerful bikes. But none of that matters when you're riding on a good running MV.

It all goes back to the first time I rode her. It was just soooooo cool. The bike is totally radical compared to anything else....it made my Duc 1098 seem mundane. The look, the riding position, the overall feeling of the bike, and the sounds- like an Italian opera! I'll never forget that first ride and I continue to giggle under my helmet everytime I ride her.

The response from people is pretty cool too. Like when I was sitting at a stoplight, and a van was coming the other way.....a young, black man was driving, he saw my bike, his jaw dropped, his eyes got real big, and I could hear him say "f*********ck". How many GSX-Rs or CBRs get that response?

'bella' my extravgant italian bitch ..high maintainance ..fragile..she drinks vino at an astonishing rate but after 2 years 8000 miles a cracked rad, 2 fork seals, one oil leak a broken manifold, replacment battery and 5 rear tyres i still love her timless looks and that top end rush....she is slowly bleading my walet dry ...all said im addicted, on a sunny day on the mountain road 'IOM' with the grip to the stop heart in my mouth ....it suddenly makes sence..sex on wheels

Love at first sight.

MV Agusta was a dream bike for me since I saw The F4 for the first time in year 2000. And the emotions
was greater when I saw the first brutale in 2004. In 2008, I had enough finances to buy me my current
910R. The bike ran just as good as it was beautiful. I felt comfortable with how the bike behaved after
the first few meters.

Now the dream is to buy an F3 and F4 that I can use when my B4 does not work.

I agree with all the above, plus the following:
- The more you look the better it gets e.g. when a Ducati owner looks at his frame welds and then says 'I wish mine were as tidy as yours'
- The more you ride, the better it sounds - find a place where you can wind it out to the upper revs

A few times when money has been tight, I've mulled over the idea of selling my F4. In fact if someone made me a good offer now I might well consider selling it, however every time I look at it, I realise there is no other bike out there still that stirs my soul like the F4 does. I hardly ride it, a couple of hundred miles a year perhaps, but it is truly a work of art IMHO.

I relate to what Mike says. I can remember the first time I rode her

The feel of the overall package was incredible. Mostly because I had never riden anything like it. My curiosity to explore its limits was immediate. The test ride led onto the high way. The long left hand artierial corner that led straight onto the highway was like a sweet caress Then the risk of losing my licence on opening her up
Oh sweet lord , put your head down, the induction, its intoxicating.....

Then the slow traffic light crawl back to the shop. Man..... the looks the bike attracts, yeah, I felt like a rock star For someone as ugly as me, this is a revelation

Yeah, I'll never forget that first day
