The Quail Motorcycle Gathering - Magni owners

I think someone is already informed about the event.

Next may I'll be in Carmel Valley to attend the Quail Motorcycle Gathering, perhaps someone in the forum will attend too

The organizers
have agreed to create a Magni corral exclusively for Magni and Magni-MV Agusta motorcycles

Here you can read the letter of Brent Lenehan I have sent last month to all Magni owners in my mailing list

Dear Magni Owners and Friends

On May 5th of 2012 The Quail Motorcycle Gathering will be held in Carmel Valley, California
http://www.quaillodgeevents.com/pages/home.cgi?srvid=15
It has become the premier motorcycle show in the USA and is held at the Quail Lodge country club in the picturesque Carmel Valley which is about 2-1/2 hours South of San Francisco.

It is very close to the famous seaside resort towns of Carmel and Monterey and 20 minutes from the legendary Laguna Seca Moto GP circuit.

This year Giovanni Magni has been invited by the Quail Committee to be a show judge and honored guest and will be participating in all the events.

He will also be unveiling the latest Magni creation, a Magni framed and bodied café racer with a BSA Rocket 3 race engine built by Triple Tecs (
www.tripletecs.com), a renowned California based enterprise that is preparing the bike.

In addition to the show there is an event called The Ride on Friday, May 4, which is an escorted motorcycle ride over 100 miles of the surrounding country, include the picturesque Big Sur coastline.

It finishes at Laguna Seca raceway where the riders are permitted some laps of the circuit followed by a catered lunch

On Friday evening there is a dinner which is attended by a very interesting group of people from diverse backgrounds and countries.

It is a unique and supremely pleasant day of motorcycling.

The event concludes on Saturday night with a motorcycle auction held by the Bonhams auction company.

The show committee is very excited to have Giovanni attending and Magni motorcycles on display.

The have agreed to create a Magni corral exclusively for Magni motorcycles if they get enough interest from owners.

They have created a Friends of Magni promotion which will give preferential treatment to any owners.

We are therefore inviting all Magni owners worldwide and any friends to attend.

We will pick you and your bike up from the airport (either Oakland or San Francisco) at no cost and assist with logistics including transportation of your bike to and from the show, re-crating etc.

We also have a number of host families in the San Franciso area who will offer free accommodation during your stay.

It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in a unique event surrounded by friends who share your passion for Magni motorcycles and the sport of motorcycling.

In addition to the event you will be able to take in the sights of San Francisco.

Interested parties from all countries are welcomed and in particular members of the Magni Motorcycle Owners Club of Japan and Australian owners.

For further information you may contact me at
brentlenehan@gmail.com .

Yours sincerely
Brent Lenehan
Magni owner
