Hey, wrick. Maybe this will help. It is a post I had on another thread.

MV Agusta Parts in Varese, Italy Emanuella +39 0332 254443

Customer Service North America (Bristol., PA) Jay (215) 781-1770

Parts North America (Bufford, Ga) Ian (706)867-0032 (706) 429-4366

Parts are available. Jay said by September of 2017, with the new partnership of Black Ocean, the part turn around should be no more than five days. Jay and Ian did say they are seeing improvements already. If the part is not received in a week, I would call one of these guys and get the facts. Dealers are still put off by the lack of customer support in the past and are not following up like they should. That is my experience.

I tried the email and got a response in two weeks. The second time I emailed, I did not get a response. This was in April

Hey Terry,

I emailed MV italia too. No answer.

I just called Jay and got things going. My dealer is kinda helpless here...

We should not have to call Jay or Ian, but dealers act like they are in the dark sometimes. I had to give my dealer, Hourglass, the numbers for parts and service for North America.

Ian told me that Jay is not supposed to take calls from customers, because dealers are supposed to take care of questions. Ian said Jay is being a nice guy by directly interacting with MV owners for the shortcomings of Varese, Italy. Hopefully, Black Ocean and Australia, will do as Jay said and have a five day turn around on parts by September, 2017.
