I run my tyre pressures at 33psi front and rear as per Manufacturers recommendation but wonder if those pressures are based on Italian weather......my question is that should I be altering those figures for extreme winter temperatures?
I am living in the Pacific Northwest and ran 33 psi F/R for part of the summer and it felt pretty good. On the recommendation of the local Pirelli dealer I switched to 34 psi front and 38 psi rear. Overall I like the feel a bit better with the higher pressure.
I was thinking the same thing a few days ago. I run 33 front, 36 rear with the Dunlop Q2's that were on the bike when I got it but I've been slipping around a lot in this cold weather (30-40 degrees fahrenheit) so I might try 33 rear as well.
