Grips

The glue has broken on my left grip after being strapped down in a van and has now done it again. What grips are best or are the OEM ones best and what bonding agent is best to make sure they stay put?

Another alternative is using lockwire, as used on dirt bikes.. My heated grips on the throttle side were sliding when used on the highest heat setting, and the lockwire was a perfect fix!
